Areas of Specialty
Law Enforcement & First Responders
We recognize the unique mental health needs of our law enforcement officers and first responders. We understand the demanding nature of their professions with the high-stress environment, long and irregular work hours, exposure to traumatic events, and constant pressure to uphold public health and safety. Often this leads to officers and first responders experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, burnout, and relational strain. We offer a safe and supportive environment where patients can openly express their struggles and concerns. Patients receive evidence-based, individualized, trauma-informed care that includes medications, therapy, and recommendations for lifestyle changes as needed.
Pregnant & Postpartum Women
Pregnant and postpartum women experience significant emotional, physical, and psychological challenges during the perinatal period. We specialize in providing compassionate, individualized care for women struggling during this transition. Pregnancy and postpartum can be a vulnerable and overwhelming time with hormonal fluctuations and the demands of motherhood adding to the complexities. We offer a safe and supportive environment where women can openly express their concerns and receive the necessary help to navigate this journey. Through evidence-based interventions and personalized treatment plans, we address perinatal mental health issues such as postpartum depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and more. Our aim is to empower women, promote their well-being, and foster a positive and fulfilling motherhood experience.

Kristin Moen | DNP, PMNHP
Kristin Moen returned to college in her 40s after working as a case manager in a community mental health setting. She was inspired to advance her education to maximize her ability to provide evidence based compassionate care. Kristin attended OHSU, first earning a nursing degree followed by the doctorate of nursing practice (DNP) specializing in psychiatry.
Kristin’s treatment philosophy strongly incorporates trauma-informed care along with healing-centered engagement, using evidence-based assessment and diagnostic tools in her expert evaluation. Treating individuals with dignity is a top priority and Kristin collaborates with each individual in order to hear and understand their priorities. This shared decision making approach and respecting the individual as the expert in their own experience allows for a productive partnership and a customized treatment plan. Additionally, Kristin is aware of the cultural differences and needs of individuals; cultural humility informs her excellent provision of care.
Kristin is skilled in medication management and combines this with other modalities of treatment, specialized to the individual. These may include, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), psychotherapy, and therapy informed by the 12 step model for codependency.
While some providers focus on medication management only, Kristin looks at the bigger picture that often includes therapy, sleep, nutrition, movement, and social engagement.
Kristin sees people with a range of mental health challenges, including C-PTSD, all forms of anxiety and depression, bipolar disorder, and neurodivergent issues such as ADHD. She sees people as young as 6 years old, and throughout the lifespan.
Kristin wants to welcome you on your journey of wellness, and looks forward to joining with you, and supporting you along the way.

After earning her advanced nursing degree, Jessica served for seven years as a Primary Care Provider in rural Ohio, where she developed a holistic understanding of how chronic medical conditions intersect with mental health.Witnessing the significant gap in mental health services within her community, Jessica was inspired to deepen her expertise. She returned to graduate school and earned her PMHNP certification in 2020, bringing both breadth and depth of experience to her psychiatric practice.
Outside of her professional life, Jessica finds joy in music, nature, and the company of her family.
