Psychotherapy

Our therapists hold steadfast to their belief in the comprehensive impact of mental health therapy on one's life. Through a compassionate and holistic approach, therapy can unlock pathways to self-discovery, resilience, and healing. By addressing the intricate interplay of emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, therapy provides a safe space for individuals to explore their inner worlds, confront challenges, and develop coping strategies. The therapeutic relationship, built on trust and empathy, fosters personal growth and empowerment, enabling individuals to navigate life's complexities with greater clarity and confidence. In essence, our therapists view mental health therapy not merely as a tool for addressing issues but as a catalyst for comprehensive and lasting change, enriching every facet of one's existence.

Aileen Tedrow | Licensed Professional Counselor

I believe as humans, we have many aspects of ourselves that make up who we are. As such, I take a holistic approach to therapy. If one part of our life is out of balance, it can lead to overarching problems in our lives. I believe it is important not to narrow the focus down to one moment, but to work with you on putting those pieces back together, so you can be whole and healed.

My philosophy as a therapist is to establish a compassionate therapeutic alliance built on empathy, trust, and respect. Together, we will cultivate a safe and nurturing environment to explore your past, thoughts, and emotions. I specialize in collaborative, client-centered therapy augmented by mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral techniques, designed to enhance your personal insights, foster growth, and equip you with effective coping strategies.

I have worked extensively with clients grappling with a diverse range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and various addictions. I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs and goals, whether you're an adolescent or an adult facing life's challenges.

I welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. My commitment is to provide a supportive therapeutic space where you feel validated and empowered to achieve meaningful change in your life.

I grew up in the Willamette Valley and received my Master’s in Counseling from Covenant Seminary in St. Louis, MO. Following my graduate program, I did extensive training through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two boys, dog and two cats on the family farm.
