  • We are currently in-network or in the credentialing process with: Providence, Pacific Source Commercial, Aetna, Cigna, Moda, and Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield. We do not accept Oregon health plan, Medicaid, or Medicare at this time.

  • Yes, we do. There is a set price for fee-for-service patients. Payment will be due at time of appointment. We can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company if you would like to file an out of network claim.

  • Fees vary and can range between $200 and $450 depending on the type of appointment and service. You can request specific information through the contact us form.

  • New patient appointments with Rebecca are 90 minutes and follow-up appointments are 45 minutes. Therapy appointments with Kate are 50 minutes.

  • Telehealth appointments are an option for established patients. We do not meet via telehealth for new patient appointments. Please be aware, some patients may be on certain medications that require more frequent in–person visits.

  • We treat individuals aged 16 and up.

  • We treat a wide variety of mental health issues including: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and OCD.

  • We offer a combination of treatments including medication, therapy, and lifestyle recommendations.

  • Yes, Kate offers traditional 50-minute therapy appointments. Sessions with Rebecca include approximately 30 minutes of therapy, depending on the needs of the patient.

  • We do prescribe controlled substances depending on the particular needs of the patient. Patients may be required to sign a controlled substance contract and/or consent form and may be subject to randomized drug screens.

  • We require 48 hours notice for schedule changes or cancellations. Any change in less than that amount of time may result in a late reschedule or missed appointment fee of $150. It will be your responsibility to pay the fee prior to scheduling your next appointment. Please be aware this policy is strictly enforced as there is high demand for appointments.
