Chelsea Campbell | PMHNP
Chelsea Campbell is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who strives to build a safe and compassionate space that is welcoming to all. Through a trusting and collaborative partnership, Chelsea provides her clients with insight into the roots of their symptoms and uses this insight to develop a personalized plan of evidence-based treatments. Chelsea recognizes the privilege of hearing and holding her clients' stories and never loses sight of the goals they share for who they want to be and the life they want to lead.
Her practice serves adults (18 and older) facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and bipolar disorders. She has special interests in perinatal mood disorders and in working with parents who recognize that their mental health impacts their capacity to parent as they wish.
Chelsea prescribes medications when indicated and desired and always incorporates lifestyle adjustments, targeting sleep, nutrition, movement, and more, to support healing and overall well being. She also provides psychotherapy, incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems.
Chelsea earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Emory University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from Augusta University (formerly the Medical College of Georgia). After working as a school nurse, a Labor & Delivery nurse, and a maternal-child home visiting nurse, Chelsea returned to school at Frontier Nursing University to earn a second Master of Science in Nursing with specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health.
Chelsea is a Colorado native who married an Oregonian and moved to the Willamette Valley in 2019. She loves the delicious produce grown in the area and never knew a strawberry could taste as good as a Mount Hood strawberry. She enjoys lifting weights, singing, and getting outdoors with her husband and kids.
